Kim's specialty is Vinyasa Flow yoga which is the most popular style yoga for it's fast paced fitness approach. She also is a doTerra Distributor which offers therapeutic grade essential oils. She uses these fabulous oils during every practice! I can't say enough about Kim. You will love her down to earth approach with sprinkles of humor that only Kim can deliver!
